  • A new generation of dual top-hung and centre pivot windows, allowing the window to be opened as a traditional centre pivot and as a top hung attic floor window. An innovative hinge system allows the sash to be opened safely, either as a centre pivot or as a top-hung window: when one of the functions is active, the other is locked.
  • The opening method can be switched using the preSelect sliding switch positioned in the middle of the frame, only accessible when the window is open.
  • Handle positioned on the lower part of the sash for easy operation, and secured open in two positions.
  • The basic version available with U3 heat insulating glass. Made to order versions available with higher class glazing (U5, L3, P2).
  • Manufactured using topSafe technology to provide better burglar resistance.
  • Wide range of internal and external accessories.
  • Installation range: 15 to 55° (made to order: up to 85°).
