General description

Z and C profiles are light cold formed hot galvanized steel profiles. The high steel grade provides a high mechanical and bearing resistance. The rigidity and resistance of profiles allow their use both for supporting the roof panels and to achieve the strength structure of the building.

 

Production specifications

  • Z and C profiles can be manufactured with section height from 100 mm to 400 mm
  • the thickness available range from 1 mm and 4 mm, based on the constructor's requirements
  • The standard length of the panel ranges from 2 m and 13.5 m. Execution of the modules with different lengths from the standard ones will be made after prior consultation with the technical specialist
  • profiles can be manufactured with automatic pre-boring in consistency with the project requirements

Scope of use

  • as strength structure, secondary structure for the support of coverings and closing, and the attic and atop of a building
  • especially in industrial buildings with destination warehouse, production, showroom, shopping centers, farms and in other special constructions
