You have full freedom of choice: classical colors for the roof or modern shades, two types of final coating, with sheen or dull layer of the surface, a large range of finishing elements, all of them for a fine and efficient roof, ready for a long term protection.

CLASIC Tile

This tile is profiled of zinc coated 0,50 mm thickness steel, (Z200-Z275), covered with a layer of sheen or dull type paint. This type of metallic tile is the most often used, it’s similar to classical tiles and it’s used for residential buildings.

BALCANIC Tile

This is an elegant and resistant product, combining the traditional aspect with the modern one, manufactured with advanced technology machineries. This type of cover is mainly used for buildings renovation thus obtaining an elegant preservation aspect.

Materials composition – system of layers: SHEEN

1 - PVC protection film: thickness 50 – 200 µm (its application is performed according to the order)
2 - surface varnish: polyester (PE) 25 µm
3 - basic layer: polyester (PE) min. 5
4/8 - passivation layer
5/7 - zinc layer: 200 – 275 g/m2
6 - steel sheet / aluminum sheet
9 - basic layer: polyester (PE) min 7 µm
10 - anti-condensation layer (it’s applied according to the order)

*Observation: for the aluminum sheet layers 4, 5, 7, 8 aren’t applicable.

3 - basic layer: polyester (PE) min 5

10 - anti-condensation layer (it’s applied according to the order)
