Under roof film with reflective layer

Folie de aTraditional roof film, of the economic category, on PE fabric base, with thermo-reflective micro-perforated layer. It’s used for double ventilated roofs structures. It doesn’t allow steam to penetrate, therefore an aeration surface between the film and the thermo-isolation must be provided.

Technical features: specific weight 90g/m²; tensile strength 300N/5cm (±10%) / 250N/5cm (±10%); W2 waterproofing degree; Sd 1 m.

Assemblage rules:

As under cover film it shall be assembled according to the regulations in force (DIN 4108). Given that this isn’t a steam permeable film, it shall be fitted with ventilation over and under, fixed on rafters with counter-strips, with the metal side towards the cover. It can be fitted free suspended at the roof trusses with a slope exceeding 20⁰. It cannot be drawn over the coping of the roof, in order to ensure the evacuation of steam at the crests.
The film is fixed parallel with the line of the rain shadow, with an overlap of minimum 10 cm, taking into account the direction of the water flow on the roof’s slope. It’s a film with normal resistance to thermal duty (with max. adequate ventilation: +70⁰C), exploitation temperature 0⁰C – (+)40⁰C, maximum coverage period 4 weeks.

Storage and warehousing rules:
Free from radiant heat and solar radiations, in a dry indoor place.

Validity period:
Under the observance of the storage rules, it will keep its qualities for a period of 5 years since the purchase

Guarantee:
In compliance with the regulations in force, under the observance of the transportation conditions indicated by the supplier – observing the specifications of the technical description and submission of the purchase invoice.
