BILKA is a group of companies with Romanian capital which started its activity in 2005, by the name of HG Construct.
BILKA is a metal covers manufacturer both for residential buildings as well as for industrial buildings, which also offers to its clients a complete range of chutes, metal spouts and accessories for roofs, at competitive prices and made of superior quality materials.
The idea from which it all started 6 years ago, was that the product must be designed, produced, packed and supplied as efficiently as possible, as regards the cost.
However, for a guaranteed success we understood the fact that the personnel and the automation system must work together in order to continuously and homogenously guarantee a qualitative product.
The highest standard raw material:
- Thickness: 0,50 mm - 0,80 mm;
- Zinc coating: Z200 - Z275 g/sq.m;
- Polystyrene paint coating: 25 µm - 200 µm.
Main suppliers: ArcelorMittal and SSAB Swedish Steel.
The production is orders orientated and therefore, the length of the panels is executed depending on the client’s necessities, in order to have minimum material loss.
BILKA provides for free the accomplishment of the assemblage plans based on the designs and projects transmitted by the client, assistance by choice for the most adequate type of roof or corrugated sheet iron, assistance in choosing the finishing elements and in solving the details and certain necessary modifications.
Due to the fact that the quality of the end product depends first of all on the materials that are used for its execution, we must be extremely careful when choosing these materials. For the roof and corrugated sheet iron systems with polystyrene surface, manufactured under BILKA brand, we offer a 10 years guarantee against corrosion. This period is additionally guaranteed as well by the raw material production plants. Depending also on the weather conditions, the minimum life duration of these products is rated at 50-60 years.
In order for the eventual complaints to be accepted the conditions specified in the certificate of guarantee must be observed.
